A proud graduate of Ohio State University and the University of Cincinnati, he has a solid background in behavioral psychology. As a strong advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families, Stephen is dedicated to empowering those he serves and promoting inclusivity in the community.

Dr. John Paddock, Administrator
The Rev. John Paddock has been Priest-in-Charge of St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church, Fairborn, since 2018. Prior to that he served several other church communities in Ohio as well as in Massachusetts and Maine. He and his wife have eight children, several with special needs, including a daughter who is Deaf/Blind. He is excited about the church being a place of engagement with neighbors and their families who are experiencing disabilities.

Melinda is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned her degree in public health administration. With over a decade of experience working with populations, she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their highest potential. As a mother of two boys, Melinda balances her professional life with family time, enjoying movies and traveling whenever she can. Her passion for making a positive impact in her community is evident in everything she does.

Dawn Mc Cool, Team Leader
Dawn is a passionate scholar with a background in philosophy and classical cultures, specializing in Homeric and Classical Greece, as well as comparative mythology. With experience in retail, food service, and hospitality, she is committed to fostering opportunities for growth and learning in both her community and the wider world. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys engaging in roleplaying games, camping adventures, and critically analyzing media and pop culture.

Nicole brings nearly ten years of experience in home health care to our team. Her passion for helping others began in high school when she volunteered as an aide in a education classroom. After graduation, she pursued her education in speech therapy and learned sign language to enhance her skills. Outside of work, Nicole is a devoted mother of three boys and enjoys baking, crafting, and exploring new travel destinations.
